TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION:
The following cancellations charges and terms will be applicable to the Applicant/s, wherein the
Applicant/s has not executed the agreement:

In
case Applicant/s wishes to cancel the booking of the Apartment, amount mentioned in the Table
below shall be deducted and the balance amount if any shall be refunded to Applicant/s without
any interest within 45 working days from the date of receipt of letter requesting cancellation of
the said booking

In all other cases where the Applicant has executed the agreement, the amount paid by the
Applicant/s shall be refunded after deducting cancellation charges of 10% of the Apartment
value.
DECLARATION:
- I/We hereby declare that the above particulars given by me/us are true and correct and no
material fact has been concealed therefrom. I/We have gone through the terms and conditions
written in this application. I/We declare that in case of non-allotment of the Apartment upon
receipt of EMD after deduction of applicable processing charges, I/We shall have no claim
against the Promoter.
- I/We are fully aware that this is only an expression of interest by me/us to propose to acquire
the Apartment and not a concluded contract. I/We further confirm that – – I/We have been
given a copy of the sanctioned plan.
- I/We further confirm that I/We have not been made any oral representation by any of the
sales/promotion staff/Channel Partner pertaining to the Project and or the terms and conditions
for our Booking Application.
- I/We undertake to inform the Promoter of any change in my/our address or in my other
particular/information, given above, till the booked property is registered in my/our name(s),
failing which the particulars shall be deemed to be correct and the letter sent at the recorded
addresses by the Promoter shall be deemed to have received by me/us. In case, any information
furnished is found to be incorrect, false or concealed, this Booking Application is liable to be
rejected.
- I/We do hereby solemnly accept and agree to abide by the terms and conditions as stipulated in
the Application with respect to pricing, Apartment, and payment schedule, which shall be
annexed to the Agreement for Sale.
